It’s a phone scam that has law enforcement agencies on red alert.
The Better Business Bureau has reported that scammers place to calls to potential victims asking the question, “can you hear me?”
Their goal is to get the unsuspecting person to say “Yes” and then capture the audio data. They record your voice into fraudulent financial agreements.
